Chilled or cold food and we should avoid eating it.

       


       Cold food or chilled food, means food not prepared in our presence but displayed before oue eyes. The reason why one should not go or choose chilled food is , it could hv easily contain or carries or adpats beacteria or unknown particles easily and when we consume such meals, easily we can be infected. To to avoid buying chilled or food that did not prepared in our presence. 

    Gain body weight and excess flab caused by Consuming these chilled food. avoid such food or less frequent intake to stay healthy and active.

    Always eat food thats been prepared in your house and which is still hot or warm, to ensure its quality.. Stay firm in ur own belief so your health wud not affected by the food which you hv Consumed..
