This human being is superior in many ways, multiple skills, knowledge and ideas which being a Change , a Paradigm to the Nature, Environment , society , co human being, Teaching fellows ,Parents and Surrounding .       Teachers prize given to various human beings in Teaching Category , who hv given their part by being an.influencer in the life of young people, known as the Teachers students.      Many being hidden by so many factors by the schools , parents , Society as nothing, because , when people can think abd recall the goodness anyone did,its easy to be recognized.     Being a Tamil Teacher with qualification in English n with the basic Teaching cert to Teach in Tamil School has given great experience of life time, to a Tamil School Teacher who went thru countless of challenges n misseries created by the heartless human beings in Schools she has been Teaching.       Her rights were looked down  her worthiness being laughed by those with strong Influence of  leadership or leaders qualifications or lack  of leadership qualities, unable to identify  or  being genuine, to the person who works tirelessly to better the school they hv been serving.          This Teacher not only changed her option but hide her option so she can be safe n work in a peaceful environment. This has caused countless of loss in her working environment, salary increase, n the hikes were not given to her.     Working environment, this is something, everyone wants best. especially a new comer or anyone who being a newcomer. Places n people around you work with determine how you should be evaluated. A lady Teacher, starting life after married far away frm her home, n home town, faces helpless situation where the local Teachers silently decided not to tolarate or help the admin, those administrators  being the main Teachers or Senior Teachers.        After serving 20 years, in her mother toungue School n not given better evaluation marks, though she helped the school ,admins, Students even after school hours n during cocuriculaar activities,  in many ways to better the environment n the young ones whom she has been handling daily. Though non stop she has been producing quality students, n top scores in those schools she has been working,with  the heartless Human beings in such Environment, who being the Dominating group , decides other Educators ...

      A girl, who lost her parents n live in the shadow of her older siblings. Life long went thru obstacles,.misseries n Challenges, just fur being loyal, loving , caring n for being a good listener to her older Siblings.        In reality that girl was the most favourite girl n well liked by her friends , Teachers n.neighbours. As she was entering in to early  teenage . One by one her sisters got married n followed their husbands. Until the sisters , married, she doesn't know anything about kitchen, cooking, main meals.     She learnt to cook rice , n to prepare simple meals, what she learnt in her home science class. That knowledge helped this girl to take care of her home, family members and her neices n nephew. Age 14 one sister at 15 another sister.    A young girl shared alot of her  life stories , how sge was raised, how she studied, her school life , life with her parents.     Something she shared was surprising, be cause according to her , her older siblings getting dress, uniform everything class . She says her older sisters used to stitch fashion updated clothes for her. She never ever had  thoughts I'd getting anything fur her with the weekly allowance her brother gave her fur her personal expences.       A shocking surprise came , when her burgers girl friend gifted her a blouse which had smoken.lookslime it was worn several times and dried at a smokey corner..       My first HM, is the first outsider, n the only man who, challenge me non stop , asked me alot of questions , for being a Teacher in his school , untill he transfered to his home town ,the man who exposed me to multiple ways of gaining knowledge , sent me to most of the KBSR cources when I was Teaching in his school.
