Growing with out parents in the custody of older siblings

Human beings vary in many ways, whether friends, relatives or own siblings. At times they behave strangely and their expectation is very high. What i saw and learnt from one of my older siblings is that he missed most of his school life and childhood days, Yet he was performing his duty to his older sisters obediently by fulfilling all their needs. Something very strange about him that i observe was, he spent beyond his capacity for his older sisters for their wedding, but unwilling to motivate or  to encourage his younger sister to pursue  further studies even though she was qualified to get a place in the same government school to study preuni. She was forced and asked by her older brothers to repeat the exam which she was not willing to go for.                   The excuse he gave was “ I think you did not really performed, so better you repeat one more year the same ‘ SPM exam’ with no choice give...

Rare charactersthat one will meet in their life

Even though I have been living in this district for almost 27 years, The people,  especially women educators nearing 50 and , trying to act and behave like 20ies , make me think wow, they really take care of themselves.   Certain of their attitude and culture I saw in these few women , made me think, 'eee  so cruel', and I even thought , if these women posses a heart. One of the spinsters  , whom I knew yet to produce or proven something she has done for the  place she is working. I’m shocked to find out she was the one who has been creating so much headache for me, silently, she even misused the students  and influenced  one of her students  to call me at late hours and the whole family was on phone for no reason creating havoc for me, so I would  move from the school. This incident made me realize that one of the most dedicated Tamil Teacher who has been doing good here, all of a sudden was tr...

The Bullies I met in Rural Secondary Schools Surroundings.

I'm  an explorer and adventurous, and eagerly wants for new experiences and new exposures. One might think if I’m a lady , I need to admit that I’m a very soft lady who loves expedition and  I’m adventurous. This could be something differentiating me from other ladies. Growing up with five boys and spent time with all my  neighborhood  boys and my class mates who were my childhood friends and I adapted their habits such as reading hardy boys and Nancy Drew mysteries and  during my late teenage years Barbara Cart land was my  favorite  author. My likes and hobbies i practiced life long  even after married and having kids with my husbands  provably . After married I moved to a rural town  to  join my hubby who works here.                 Everything was like something weird , being active in rural area, especially a lady who is...

Hilir Perak ( Teluk Intan ) Life

Being an explorer means one explores where ever he or she travels or lives including her  neighborhood .  Since my childhood days ,I have been exploring everything in my surrounding, the people, places, the plants , the buildings , the the animals, the insects and  the environment itself. First my village and then my relatives places and then family friends surrounding, then my classmates surroundings and later the places i went for training or related to my studies.        These experiences are really very rich and each and every situation and environment taught me many many life related lessons where i even gained precious relationships of my professors, lecturers and chore students who really made me think that life is really great if we live accordingly.    One of my unforgettable experience is when i was posted to a coastal town in  my state, this coastal town is more like a village environment though ...

Experience and exposure in a different environment

When I recall my childhood days growing in a Village which is in a town and all those latest facilities were available though it was in seventies, But after married and moved to a most remote district in my state has given me shock. I was shocked to find out the lack of emotional intelligence which I observed among the people, in that area. The very shocking story is about the literate and non literate community, who live among their own clans. Raised in a big family with siblings of really educated and exposed to the outside world, my childhood days were full of experiences and beautiful memories. Moving to a unknown strange world where no relatives or friends around this place has really shocked me, the reason is the community in this area evaluate people from their glamour and style not because of the intelligence or emotional statement.   ...
