As I see It

         Any individual who is not fully exposed to the main skills in language learning, cant be a good communicator or matured in thinking or being  rational in thinking. Such individuals cant be good communicators or to poss strong emotional intelligence. At times such individuals being very selfish and those who depend on them, especially learners who expect the educators to guide them get disappointment due to such individuals selfishness for using the working environment for their own benefit, and the learners  being neglected. In such situations, those dedicated teachers always being victimized and bullied by this jealous educators who are not capable enough to make the learners to excel or to perform better in studies.    I  met several educators who are unable to stimulate the students.  Even  the  18 and 19 year olds  being  punished openly during assembly by attaching  ...

      Living in a world which is totally contrast to meet  to ones bringing up and  living  life in a world where the emotional intelligence of the people,has not really bloomed,  even in their later life it seemed something unusual. Each and every reaction of the rural community seemed finding recognition or need others attention.         Coming from a  balanced environment and family background, I met many individuals , those who are the parents and educators, who wanted  everything  as they want or wished.One educator, fixed her students according to her choice, she choose several students only every year, yet she is unable to show or produce better result or to make her kids to write better essay.        Once I was advised by her not be be nice to the kids, as far as I knew about her, she hardly spoke to the students and same with her students, they were unable to speak and say an...

        Whatever happens in one’s life has a reason for it, those kids who were fed with good food and care always be the sweet heart of their parents, but their emotional level or emotional intelligence not really bloomed  to the fullest, at times parents their kids, especially fathers boldly nurture and spoil the kids, without  exposing  challenging  situations. Kids are always influenced by their friends. As what I saw among the young ones in school, they learn and adapt what they see and act according to their situation.  When they grow into teenage girls or boys , they tend to follow their  friends  style, but at times , the genetic plays important role, girls tend to follow the aunts or uncles styles, if the uncles or aunts are from hardworking family back grounds, the kids try to follow or imitate them but when they are from the luxury and easy going environment kids , follow the  friends and try to be like them. ...

             Something which I realize very late in life, but it is still part and parcel of learning, I used to wonder why my brothers, I mean most of my brothers attention was only on my older sisters. I wonder if they really care for me. Whenever my second brother who was already working at a very young age ,visited us once a month, he comes home, with colourful and beautiful ribbons for my second sister, with whom he was really attached. The other three brothers were still schooling and we all grew up together , unlike the second brother.                  My second brothers care and concern for my sister who was born before him grew from year to year  and continued after my sister married her childhood sweet heart, who was once the villages tuition master.
