"The young adults" and their exposure in life . (A Teacher Talks)

      Living in a world which is totally contrast to meet  to ones bringing up and  living  life in a world where the emotional intelligence of the people,has not really bloomed,  even in their later life it seemed something unusual. Each and every reaction of the rural community seemed finding recognition or need others attention. 

       Coming from a  balanced environment and family background, I met many individuals , those who are the parents and educators, who wanted  everything  as they want or wished.One educator, fixed her students according to her choice, she choose several students only every year, yet she is unable to show or produce better result or to make her kids to write better essay. 

      Once I was advised by her not be be nice to the kids, as far as I knew about her, she hardly spoke to the students and same with her students, they were unable to speak and say anything, They were performing badly in that particular subject, what I realized was this particular teacher, unable to stimulate or to  inspire her students and to give or share any tips to improve or to write properly in that particular subject.

    Something I noticed here in this rural school is that most of the teachers spent their life in this school and those from other places who came here were also from rural based environment, where these rural educators from rural exposure, not really bloomed or has the maximum exposure. So they are not really capable to explain and to expose the main or important ideas to the students.

    I was even shocked , when one of the most senior man of this school was telling  that a teacher not suppose to talk or to explain a lot to the students. I felt funny about this statement, because, so far i dint meet any outstanding performers or top students here due to the conservative approach of the Educators who were not exposed to micro Teaching method at all in their life. Most of the teachers whom I met either they are from the same background or former students and educators from same rural environment. 

    The proven method I want to share here is , I'm a product of  outspoken or exposed teacher who really talked  a lot and used a lot of explanations. During explanations, listening and speaking skills takes place and , the child learns better and remembers each and every word and phrases the teachers taught them. This is one of the method which is not practiced by some   rural teachers .Rural schoolteachers seldom  practice listening and speaking  in    class room. This is one of the reason  why   rural learners emotional intelligence has not really bloomed. Educators  are not exposing various methods and approaches to make listening as  one of the main and utmost skills in learning language based subjects. Learners who have been exposed to various methods and  skills, often  convey the message or ideas given to them easily and clearly.
