This is no other indidual but PPK’s Loganathan Ramakrishnan who is fondly referred by his friends as Mr. Loga. A genuine man who lived the life of a hermit and served the Malaysian Education Department until the day he retired, during his years in Ministry he has won thousands of Teachers and educationist heart as long as he was in service.
