As I see It

          Year 2013   november is the month , I joined my brother and his tour group to Central Jawa. Upon each visit to different places, I make sure to, learn something from each place that I visit. Jawa and its people are very different from the indian continent and the Sumatra people.        The jawanese seemed to be religious, and most of the people whom I met at the hotel were all Hindus. Our visit was to tour the ancient Hidu temples such as the Penampanan Temple in Central Jawa, Borobudur and the Candi.        Everything seemd to be very useful to these Jawanese.The handicrafs were simple and cute, most of the recycle or not very popular materials turned into cute souvenirs. The food consist of simple salads vegeis and chicken gravy.                              During my university days, I was thinking of going on an expedition to Sabah to conquer Mount Kina Balu. Everything happened so fast, as though it has been  planned. Just few years after Im back from my long house stay from Sarawak, in few moths I was asked by the education officer to write a research a paper for the coming national level research colloquium, which will be held in Ipoh. Before that, few months earlier there was a state level seminar which i was asked to attend , so i can get some clues about writing  a research paper.         Year 2014 was the year .I was planning to  visit several hill stations in India, when I heard that my brother is organizing a tour to these places , I contacted him and asked him to book a place for me. After the seat was confirmed I asked my brother about the duration and places he  will be taking us during our Visit.             I was shocked with his answer because when my brother told me he was planning to visit East India, I thought he will visit the hill stations, so I requested him  for a place.      When I recall my days in 1980’s as a primary school Teacher, things and incidents that comes to my mind is how to teach, how to train , how to prepare the students to sit for the exam and so on. But situation is contrast now days compared to the 8oies and 90ies. Present day school teachers seems to be far more involve in entrepreneurship in office and in working environment, marketing their product and making extra money during school hours, vandalism has exceeded its number.        Teacher who has been teaching the minimum number of learners limit their involvement and comes to school like a baby doll and going back like a the same baby doll, but several Teachers burdened  with maximum number of students and packed Teaching hours without gap .Where these Teachers struggling with time to teach and to write lesson notes and to get the suitable teaching aids and marking students works.          Most of t...
