Why Listening and Speaking is important in learning language based subjects!!

         Any individual who is not fully exposed to the main skills in language learning, cant be a good communicator or matured in thinking or being  rational in thinking. Such individuals cant be good communicators or to poss strong emotional intelligence. At times such individuals being very selfish and those who depend on them, especially learners who expect the educators to guide them get disappointment due to such individuals selfishness for using the working environment for their own benefit, and the learners  being neglected. In such situations, those dedicated teachers always being victimized and bullied by this jealous educators who are not capable enough to make the learners to excel or to perform better in studies.
   I  met several educators who are unable to stimulate the students. 
Even  the 18 and 19 year olds  being 
punished openly during assembly by attaching 
 their names on the girls scarf around their neck, which really shocked me and made me think if these teachers are really emotionally balanced educators, whrn looked at the punished students  who looked like"scooby doo"with huge band around the neck on  which the students name written in huge alphabets
 were written  on paper sheet and wrapped around the neck, I asked my self " Oh God" If this teacher is sane.Those victimized learners were the preuni students, were punished for not wearing their name tags, after noticing the incident I asked my self , is this the emotional level of the teachers who teach the pre university learners, here in certain rural schools.
