Changing Option for her mental peace

    Being a Tamil Teacher with qualification in English n with the basic Teaching cert to Teach in Tamil School has given great experience of life time, to a Tamil School Teacher who went thru countless of challenges n misseries created by the heartless human beings in Schools she has been Teaching.

      Her rights were looked down  her worthiness being laughed by those with strong Influence of  leadership or leaders qualifications or lack  of leadership qualities, unable to identify  or  being genuine, to the person who works tirelessly to better the school they hv been serving.

         This Teacher not only changed her option but hide her option so she can be safe n work in a peaceful environment. This has caused countless of loss in her working environment, salary increase, n the hikes were not given to her. How ever hard She works, people or the bosses make themselves blind purposely to stop her frm getting anything good in life.

       Everything changed , when her school ,the Secoundry school she was teaching received a lady administrator, who being a mother Theresa in each n every step she made.

     This lady administrator, was doing all the best for the dedicated  human beings who works  hard to better the life of the students .

    First time in her 5th year of Secoundry School Teaching, she was given the best grades for her national level performance continuesly 4 years..

   That's was the first n last increment hike or salary hike in her life long service. Almost 12 years after that salary hike, she was not given any hike after that, though countless of schools she served n her service was needed badly in those schools , classes neglected by the Teachers, who refuse to enter the class though they were present. 

     5 months students did not learn n their books were not marked by Teacher . The teacher who was appointed in these schools helped overall by Teaching the students , being a part time warden , duty Teacher. Nothing seems to be noticed by the administrator who gives salary hike fur several Teachers who hide in certain corners of school n never enter classes to teach.           But chose certain locations in school n hv chatting groups . Sounds funny but this is what has been going on in many schools, those who work hard n improve the environment serve the students,  not bothered by people in admin, but the hiding groups n not Teaching according to their  Time table ,getting everything easily and effectively in a noble profession Called Teaching.Anyone who hv the faith in God n religion dare not  support, those  being blind knowing all these hanky panky situations created by unethical human beings..
