When people whom you with work trying to be funny

    Working environment, this is something, everyone wants best. especially a new comer or anyone who being a newcomer. Places n people around you work with determine how you should be evaluated. A lady Teacher, starting life after married far away frm her home, n home town, faces helpless situation where the local Teachers silently decided not to tolarate or help the admin, those administrators  being the main Teachers or Senior Teachers.

       After serving 20 years, in her mother toungue School n not given better evaluation marks, though she helped the school ,admins, Students even after school hours n during cocuriculaar activities,  in many ways to better the environment n the young ones whom she has been handling daily. Though non stop she has been producing quality students, n top scores in those schools she has been working,with  the heartless Human beings in such Environment, who being the Dominating group , decides other Educators mark thru evaluation , those who being non bothered about the school n the students  n every year many schools hv Bern producing zero results in year 6 examination. Cant accept the good service of the pure hearted educator, beyond her capacity doing wonders in the schools n for the young ones studying there. 

      This is called the Satan's job being imitated by certain unethical human beings in the main people of schools. It's really a doubt ,how many of those in administration line aware of the word ethics n it's meaning.

    School being the heads dominating place, the privileges not for the one who worked day n night n hv proven in the schools the Teacher has Served but taking for granted the pure hearted educators good deeds.

       Without getting anything good in service, without getting wht this person suppose to get, with heavy n desperate heart, this Teacher , pursue higher education as full time student, so her fate will change.

     Good things started to happen in her life after moving out frm the working environment. 4 years salary was freezed. She was shocked to find out her course mates majority of them several times hv been given increment in salary n only several years in Teaching line, but this unlucky Educator was used maximum  energy n n goodness by the School, but never , not even once given good grades or hikes in salary by the heartless human beings who used her to the maximum in school.
