working culture in secoundry and Primary schools

 

   Countless of intelligent, hard working people hardly remembered or gets what they are suppose to get. 

Many being aldder life long for others to climb on them, and go to higher places/ two category of human 

beings are every where. One category only works works and works, another category manipulater, able to 

manipulate and have their own gang of suporters, this is how they work. when boss is  arounmd they 

pretend to be workholic, when bos is away, they misuse other good natured senior teachers good heart, 

take the classes gievn to them and leave with the senior teacher who just carry out every task and 

nstruction given to them without giving excuse. these senior teachers are like the full time baby sitters, 

even during theri free period they are assigned to look after , Teach other |Teachers classes when 

instructed by people in position.

    very funny and shocking when some active educators shares their experience of  certain Heads 

attempts to bully or to be little them there are incidents, the Victims raise their hand due to extreme 

showoff  of  people in power . At certain institutions , the whole gang will follow the ad mind when the 

admind goes on transfer to another institution. sounds funny hearing all these shared by these friends. 

educators job mouldings and nurturing younger generations but unable to adapt them selves with 

new or different administrator. This situation is not new but has become a culture among 

those teaching in Primary and in Secondary School
