One's hard work , another benefits.

   

            The truth always not accepted. The creator always pushed aside but the creators creations are 

copied and imitated. Human beings need hardworking emotionless people who works like slaves , works 

hard, able to complete any task. Such people are chosen by certain higher post people who make 

life , Who goes up easily with others effort. Shockingly, certain head of Departments and Institutions 

hardly knows their job. without knowing their job, simply giving speech Blah Blah Blah. don't know who 

selected them, how they hv been selected to such post.  An Educationist was sharing personal experience 

of working with someone who was selected by the higher authority to be in a post of  number 1 person in 

an institution. This number 1 person never been exposed to educational back ground, based on 

recommendation of  ex bosses  promoted as Head of Institution. according to this educationist , very 

friendly , brave person, also creative but dnt know the chore bisnes giving open speech and its was an 

this person not exposed to basic educational  Exposure, referring the institution and surroundings as an 

unknown territory. apart from this countless of mistaken  this person was carrying out without knowing 

the rules and regulations in Education  act also known as  akta Pendidikan. This is just like a Comedian 

entered an office and don't know what he is suppose to do.
