THE WORLD EXPECTS UNCONDITIONALLY.
My experience of being an educator and taught in rural and town schools had given me various exposures and experiences which are not very common to everyone. Even though I tried my very best to make my learners perform excellently in studies, but from the parents side , the dissatisfaction was still there, I mean few selective parents pointout minor errors and argued about those mistakes.
But later after I left those schools and when I was teaching in different schools , they told me, that I should have remained in those schools where their younger children still studying. I realized how selfish, people are, expect every one to be perfect and they want only the best of everyone.
I met various charcters of adults and children. But kids are everywhere same, but the most strange characters which are very difficult to predict are the adults.
They just cant stand of changes and ready to accept new ideas. I was shocked to meet some individuals, throughout their life worked in the same schools, where they had their primary and secoundry education and settled in their own village or town.
Being the girl who left her home town at the age of eighteen, to follow her brother and mum, and stayed and taught in various schools and served in several districts, and attended training in different states, I realized certain individuals and their surrounding a bit "alien" to me.
living in an unexpected, culture and environment which is totally different than home and family is something an individual can experience and make one more mature.
Several individuals utterances and glances made me to think, why people can't accept others ideas or accept the new comers as their friends. Few were too bold I mean "The act of speech," was not to my expectation, few sound as illiterate and few were dominating , lived in their own "nutshell". I realized this is the culture of certain places or parts or villages.
Everyone wants to become the boss, I mean bossy, people want others to know that they are the most influenced or powerfull people, who had conquired the "kingdom" of their own. So new comers are seen as intruders.
Once everything seemed very strange to me, but as years pass by, Im one of the "citizen" here.
I adapt my self to the environmnet and now my hometown seemed an "unknown " place to me. Is this called the adaptation.
