When Education seems waste on wrong human beings

     Education, Tertiary level Education , not always being practiced correctly in Certain Professions by certain individuals.

    Those in profession of Serving the Community n need to attend certain functions, must refer to the Higher People n Confirm n get clear picture about sending representatives replacing their presence with their Assistant or  their deputy or their Substitute in their absence especially attending or giving speech at higher  institutions.

       It's really shocking  people's representative,unable to attend a function due to his personal reason, instead told his family member to attend that function in certain day n told that family member the time n place. 

      This matter was looked down by the family member who did not show serious or attempt to attend within the given time or at least within certain time. Someone irresponsible delayed almost 3 hours and inform the function Committee, will tahe time probably several hours. The Organization n the Committee people were waiting , waiting n waited, almost afterv3 n half hours ,the family member of the people's representative attended n officiated the function , It was a higher learning Institute, according to the people frm the institution , nothing to comment, Since this arrangement was not their, part but their top peoples arrangements .

    It's really sad , higher education n people in Certain post taking things for granted , n giving responsibilities to people who are not bothered or aware of the Seriousness of the Functions and the place .
