Malaysian Tamil School Teachers vs Tamil Nadu’s Educators

My visits to Tamil Nadu and visiting the institutions  there not only opened my eyes and my mind, but also made me realize how important is ones culture and their religion.
Tamil Nadu Teachers, lecturers and Professors, who ever in Education line especially ladies, either in private school or government school, college lecturers and university Professors whether, they are Christians, Hindus or Moslems, saree is the official attire and daily, worn by all the ladies.
Malaysian Teachers’ , educators and those in education line hardly practice this custom. Even The Tamil school teachers can’t be seen tying saree on daily basis. On certain days either on Friday or if there is a special function in school only ladies wear saree to school.
When I was a student, those days my teachers , almost all of the Tamil and Indian Teachers came to school in saree only, but today saree is a forgotten attire by almost all high school, college and university staff.

The very sad incident is the rural Indians in small towns and isolated districts, hardly exposed to their own Hindu culture due to their bringing up and the daily life which is a struggle to earn their daily wages. A very sad incident  is the cultural ceremonies, and Hinduism functions , they attend in different attires and many of them don’t know what attire they are wearing. The worst part is even the highly educated teachers with Masters Education dont know what is a hindu womans attire or  about Hinduism , even though they are Hindus, Teaching in Tamil Schools. I plea to the Malaysia Hindu Sangam, that all the Hindu Sangams branches such as Theivigha Valkai Sangham, Hindu Tharma Mamandram, Shiva Nanda Ashramam to spread the Hindu knowledge to all the Hindus in Malaysia, please teach the ”Dharmeegha Kalvi” to all Hindus either in Temples or in Ashramams. “Makkal Thonde Mahesan Thondu” means Serve the human means you serve the God”. Om Namashivaya. "Inbame Soolgha Ellorum Valgha"
