As I see It

       A Teacher said she was treated differently by the female Educators at an institution she was studying at age 41 with teenage kids. Her children were already in Secoundry school but the mother with 20 years experience in Teaching line and 6 years as a Tempersry Teacher n as a trainee pursued her cource by paying  fees every semester with the salary she was getting that was only 409ringhit Malaysia.          A very unlucky Young lady, who lost her dad st the age of 10,raised by 5 brothers n 2 elder sisters. But being a student was the most beautiful journey since year 1 ,in primary Secoundry Dchool , College .         In 1980 ies Malaysia   was a 3rd world country ,poverty was everywhere. No enough money in Government to finance Teachers Fee and the cost amount. So the working Teachers were paying their tuition ,fee,hostel fee,n also for their food.          Those hostelers staying in school hostels, especially many kids being too happy studying away frm their home. Two groups of students in hostels. 1 the Malay students another group The Aborigine students. The aborigine students being very attach to their parents, so they left the hostel especially girls join their family n started to travel to school from their home.         These Aborigine students hardly opens their mouth ,they are the very quite but well behaved n studious. They follow every  instructions given by their parents. Di.eyhungnproud to say about the aboriginal kids mothers. Their mother's .wake up as early as 4.am n prepared breakfast for their  children before the children gets I yo the school bus at 5 am .        The hostel life  seems the best option for kids who left their family and live freelife in hostel without Commitment or responsibilities.         Several boys escape from class,by jumping over fence, at times they bring their girl friends along..  This was noticed by a Siamese woman who settled her with her family. This woman unable to speak in local language ,So she used sign language to describe  who escaped ,who jumped over the fence.          Those boys  who leaves School compound illegally were spotted as frm m two  Schools ,where those  back yards of the Schools were bushy, less used by pedestrians n being isolated or quite Corners .          This lady an elderly lady in 70 ies, the only person around day time while her family members  were working. Her expression abd description in sifn language funnier. Boys were , described  by  moustache n girls were described by pointing her forehead n a dot on the fore head.

     Felda Students who joins rural Secoundry school n Village youth's in seciy dry school roughly ,Learns ,hears or practice English or hears English words uttered by a y neighbours or any family members.       In a rural Secoundry School a lady Teacher from a missionary product school was placed to overcome the shortage of Expert  English Teachers. When that lady Tea her joined that school only those graduate in BA , Pily Technic Cert in Business studies qualificstion Teachers n Open University Teachers other than UPSI Grad Teacher were handling the age 16 above students classes . There was silent Chas among the students in every Class . Bigger number of Students were misding in the Classes Taught by different Option Teacher who hv Bern handling the upper Secoundry class fur years since the listing of these Teachers.       After 10.30 pm too many boys hv Bern misding in classes, this was told by some of the girjs frm different classes ...

      Born and bread at an advance and developed ,Settlement. A young lady requested to be place in rural estate Schools or Rural Village School. Ad long she was Teaching in Primary school most of the rural schools she was serving and  she managed,to bring Changes to those School learners in.pisitive way.     29 yeRs she served in Vareinary schools n she managed to get help from higher authority frm Ministry to upgrade the English Teachers level thru Ministry of Educations assistance Countless of English Tea hers almost 200 over Teachers were called by Ministry of Education to attend in-service Cource which focus more on class room Teaching and learning n excelling methods n approaches in examiwhi attended the nation.         All those Teachers who attended be efuted avc their schools were highlighted as  schools with Merit or good results.       Padang Renggas, is a Felda area, which was quite popular for in house training , accomodation as our door activity centre fur Primary school National type n National school Teachers.          During a State level course attended by a Teacher rur Primary School Teachers Teaching BM( National Language). Teachers were given Chance to share their innovative abd creative Ideas to use Teaching as interesting as they can implement. Being one of the participant teamed eith SK , Sjkc Teachers we managed to create a unique attire which has multiple functions.         Since it was my idea n others agreed with me. We draw that dress and each osrt of it has its own function as a robot. This was 24 years ago shared with the family if Educators frm all over Perak.. When I was exhibiting the drawing of the attire and explain in detail it's multiple functions. There was WOW diynd here n there in the hall of Teachers waiting eagerly  ...
