      Actually this is how The North East state of Malaysia "Kelantan "is  referred.  This state was "Under dogged "for almost half Century by one of the longest served PM of Malaysia , due to diffetent ideologies with the top people of this state n with the States rulers Family

       Something special about  this state is the women, they are the most hard working since earlier days. Due to their Commitment and struggle to better their family n children ,The main Market in the capital of this state named as " Siti Khadijah' market, though there are men involved in bisnes n have their own Corners here. 

      Usually  food items ,cooked food ,cakes, gravies ,curries ,meals, and fresh vegetables are the main things these bisness woman involved or sell.

      Food everything is sweet,Sugar is added in every meal n in beverages ,that's why the people are very sweet smilling here, very friendly. Make any visitor to feel as though they are at home..

      Gujarati merchants reached this state in 18th Century as merchants , they brought their  wife  along. Those who came single married the local women n they are Muslims. Till today, these merchants still preserve their culture and business style n nature. One of the states in Malaysia which makes anyone to visit again and again , that is  Kelantan  or better refered as negeri Cik Siti Wan Kembang.
