When you are different than others ..

       A Teacher said she was treated differently by the female Educators at an institution she was studying at age 41 with teenage kids. Her children were already in Secoundry school but the mother with 20 years experience in Teaching line and 6 years as a Tempersry Teacher n as a trainee pursued her cource by paying  fees every semester with the salary she was getting that was only 409ringhit Malaysia. 

        A very unlucky Young lady, who lost her dad st the age of 10,raised by 5 brothers n 2 elder sisters. But being a student was the most beautiful journey since year 1 ,in primary Secoundry Dchool , College . 

       In 1980 ies Malaysia   was a 3rd world country ,poverty was everywhere. No enough money in Government to finance Teachers Fee and the cost amount. So the working Teachers were paying their tuition ,fee,hostel fee,n also for their food. Though life was not luxury the family situation was not assisting or support this young lady's good result to pursue preuninin her sane missionary school ,thoughthe School sent a representative to her sisters house where she was staying ,to join form 6, without any payments..But non of her Sibling has plans to let her to join the pre uni. The had other plans for her. She was forced to repeat in a private school in Ipoh.

        The following year with her Government Schools SPM result This girl joins Teaching n.this was the profession she  showed interest ,Commitment, Dedication . So her principle sent her to attend whatever course that's is organized by state n district education.main people n she just followed her principles advice. At age 33  sge was offered assistant Principle post n for 2 years She was Teaching English ,looking after schools Administrative works n even be an.administratir fur 1 month n she was pd extra allowance by year end for the administrative post, ste was involved. 

     year 2002 was the last year in primary school ,because she felt 20 years served in multiple primary schools n badly she needed a different environment . 

       2003 she joined the in-service University  cource as a full time student with half Salary for 3 n half years. First year's presession was 3 months , she was getting full salary plus ,daily 10 ringgit allowance for 5 days in a week . Accomodation, provided in Kuala Lipis ,one of the newest Teachers training Collage at that time.

Almost 200 ringgit extra with the full salary for 3 month3. Once presession over ,the next semester onward half Salary ,the other half Salary deducted  by Ministry of Education  to pay fees at the college. First year at the Teachers institution. 2 nd year, 3rd year n 4th year in University Campus. Tuition fee 10 K Ministry pd for all the full time students sent by Ministry of Education...

      In University her seniority in Education n in classroom n in rural Schools exposure exceed the Educators n Professors who Taught her. Untill it was discussed among themselves. 

      One of her Prof address this lady with 20 years experience of Teaching in Primary schools as Mdm. But few of the Teachers who taught her class when she meets them fur Consultation .few of them asked her" are you great" ? "You know everything?" 

      She was confused n dnt know what to say. The reason, she has been in Admind work n  has been handling multiple task in schools she has been Teaching ,hardly she had time to sit to talk or to ask anyone about anything. Her first day in University, everyone was asked to talk about them selves.

        Mostly 3 years , 4 years n the most 5 years teaching n working experienced. This lady at age 41, introduced her self n said she was Teaching for 20.years, that's her Teaching experience.But this lady Teacher never involved in research related field in those schools only her last year in primary school , she wrote a Research papern hand it to her boss . 

        This paper was class room Teaching n ficus of literacy, how to mahe reading  interesting in class room.Her first research paper about the students she has been Teaching English and BM.

      The reason why the Teaching personals / lecturer's  were annoyed with thus Teacher ,because she always  write or do her assignments her style, hardly or never asked any of her Professors n lecturer's how to do   because she has beenmoracticibgthis style if working ethics since she joined Teaching in year 1983.
