      Born and bread at an advance and developed ,Settlement. A young lady requested to be place in rural estate Schools or Rural Village School. Ad long she was Teaching in Primary school most of the rural schools she was serving and  she managed,to bring Changes to those School learners in.pisitive way. 

   29 yeRs she served in Vareinary schools n she managed to get help from higher authority frm Ministry to upgrade the English Teachers level thru Ministry of Educations assistance Countless of English Tea hers almost 200 over Teachers were called by Ministry of Education to attend in-service Cource which focus more on class room Teaching and learning n excelling methods n approaches in examiwhi attended the nation.

        All those Teachers who attended be efuted avc their schools were highlighted as  schools with Merit or good results. A teachers duty not only Teaching but finding the causes of failure and why students not showing interest in studies / subjects n find a solution for all the limitations. This Teacher was a researcher in every school sge has been Teaching, she has finds out,the reasons why students are not capable to perform better or to do well in theur studies.

     Thus Teacher proven this thru her Students Achievements in year six examination. She was invited by the district too English person to share her ideas with other English Teachers how she ma aged to Maje her students s ire in this subject which was once a critical subject in rural School.

Due to her commitments n proven methods,at age 34 sge promoted as a senior assistant. She was helping n guiding the sviool Teachers n the staff in Admind works n class room teaching and by disciplining the Students..
