Rural Secoundry school student who escape from School

     Felda Students who joins rural Secoundry school n Village youth's in seciy dry school roughly ,Learns ,hears or practice English or hears English words uttered by a y neighbours or any family members.

      In a rural Secoundry School a lady Teacher from a missionary product school was placed to overcome the shortage of Expert  English Teachers. When that lady Tea her joined that school only those graduate in BA , Pily Technic Cert in Business studies qualificstion Teachers n Open University Teachers other than UPSI Grad Teacher were handling the age 16 above students classes . There was silent Chas among the students in every Class . Bigger number of Students were misding in the Classes Taught by different Option Teacher who hv Bern handling the upper Secoundry class fur years since the listing of these Teachers.

      After 10.30 pm too many boys hv Bern misding in classes, this was told by some of the girjs frm different classes to the net joined Teacher. The Teachers in charge of the subject or the class Teachers dyesbt seems to bother about this situation.An investigation was carried out duksbtjt by the new Teacher . Thus Teacher during ger free periods was observing n.lustening silently by standing near the class room. The oyt come was shocking. The Teacher nit bothered who was there sitting in the class room,either osyung attention, involving in this learning nothing given.oreference. one man talk frm start till end ,no interaction between Teacher and students . E d of the talks students were given work n asked to complete or to do.

      This was the reason fur the escapism of those students from school after 10.30 to 11.00am.

This Teacher started to fund ways to help the teacher n students a d na aged to help them all by her own way with the help of District education officers n by involving students in activities fully during school n during Cocurticuksr hours , so the boys nevervescaoe frm.ckass room learning and involve I .programs or activities created for them. The full TeChers were exposed to Teaching of English Cources orgNized by the education officers , n this subject  is  no more a critical subject but..something interesting to learn.
