Two unique settlemants in Perak

 

     One is an elite settlement with outstanding and uniquely constructed homes,several with Asian concept, eastern Indonesians Concepts.  Several were like mansions. Few were with western Type homes, Surprisingly this settlement is a government project. Thos ewho build their Awesome homes being the children  and family members of the earlier genrations who stayed n lived  here, which was  simple village almost several decades ago. Anyone who hv never viisted this settlement for several decades  ago cannot recognize this place dure to the  vast improvement this village which now looks very elegant and stylish just like a settlement in western countries wel planed and wel maintainance.

      One more Settlement  is at Lower  Perak. which is more green and only green everywhere , inbetween homes and  settlements the shrubs and  bushes just let grown as how those should be, thats why this settlement or village is the coolest part i lower peraks settlent. this part is away frm river , this is one plus 

point why this place is cooling thru out the year either during drought season or rainy season. 

     The first settlement is in a distrcit known as Manjung and known as Kampung Tersusun at the centre of the town, a very unique lovely settlement, a highfy Community Area.

   The second settlement is the coolest and its known as Kampung Bahagia and is located in the   lower Perak District known as Teluk Intan. the temperature and heat of these two places. The town and  Village Contrast. Due to the Heat and cool at  The Village and Town..
